As a starting point, prioritize getting as many Kirlia as possible into play to take advantage of its Refinement Ability before evolving one into Gardevoir ex. From there, you have a stable of Psychic-type attackers that can take advantage of Gardevoir ex’s Psychic Embrace Ability, which attaches Psychic Energy as often as you like from the discard pile to a Psychic-type Pokémon of your choice.
